All of the management, office staff, and drivers of RTS will transition to FreightCore and will continue to provide the same high level of service to the shippers and receivers as they have done since 2002.
In addition, the transaction will provide an opportunity for FreightCore to expand upon their Memphis based intermodal services as well as its Anderson based OTR division.
